our commitments

first & foremost, we commit to ensuring every invitation to shed who you thought you had to become to make contact with who you really are feels safe

We believe that your lived experience, your culture, your chosen religion, your internal belief system & your bloodline plays an important role in shaping how you see the world & also how you see yourself in the world. What this means inside Offline’s spaces is that we understand what we are here to learn is of equal value to who we are here to learn alongside.

with reverence

As a spiritually-informed business, we understand the role money plays in keeping custodial voices loud within an extractive & harmful system that is making many people turn to ancient wisdom for guidance. Being aware of who we fund is an act of allyship & it is one small but meaningful way we can help decolonise ancient wisdom & culturally sacred practices.

truth

It’s safe to be our True Self here. It’s safe to take up space here. It’s safe to admit here. It’s safe to express here. It’s safe to unlearn here. It’s safe to not know & feel our way through.

allyship

The way we serve, what we offer & how we offer it seeks to be an act of allyship to the people, communities & groups who need most what we have to give.

service

We facilitate the realisings & hold space for the unravellings. Wherever you are on your journey to True Self Success, we guide with awareness, thoughtfulness, compassion & respect.

We are currently in the process of designing a Social Impact Plan that centers taking action over gifting a percentage of profit. We intend to offer our skills & expertise to one activist each year whose voice we would like to help amplify through regenerative business, brand & marketing strategies.

mentorship for those who need it the most

In our ongoing commitment to building a business that at its foundation is an act of allyship, one of the most important questions we’ve learned we can ask is: Who isn’t in the room & why?

Offline  Scholarships exist to ensure anyone experiencing financial hardship has a pathway to stability & independence. Priority is given to Black, Indigenous & People of Colour; people with a disability; domestic violence survivors & single parents.
